Although we sale high quality balloons and accessories there will be times that you will not be satisfied with the product, we cannot accept returns.  We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchase so please reach out to us and we will be happy to correct any of our errors.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
