How much will I pay for shipping? 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates are provided by the carrier based on the shipping address and items ordered. FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS over $200 (ONLY US, Puerto Rico NOT INCLUDED) Shipping rates over $35 are excluded from Free Shipping. 

When will I receive my order?

You can receive it in 1 day or at a later day depending upon your location and shipping method.  We offer two shipping methods that you get to choose from during checkout.

Shipping via UPS outside of California arrive 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

Shipping via UPS within California arrive 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. 

Shipping via USPS outside of California arrive 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Shipping via USPS within California arrive 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. 

More Information:

  • All orders are shipped within the same business day once order is placed.  Shipping cutoff time is 2:00pm PST
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once order is shipped.
  • Sales tax is charged according to the state, province, or territory to which the package is being shipped to.
  • All balloons are shipped not inflated.
  • USPS and UPS shipping time frames are estimates. Business days do not include weekends or holidays

 

IN STORE PICK-UP POLICY:

Here's How It Works:

  • During checkout, Visalia area-based customers may choose In-Store Pickup.
  • Most items will be ready for in-store pickup within the following business day order being placed. 
  • Place your order and save your confirmation email.
  • Bring your ID, credit card (or proof of payment if credit card was not used), and order number to the store and pick up your items.
  • If you cannot pick up your order within 5 days, please DM through Instagram and let us know when you'll be by to retrieve your order. Orders not picked up within 5 days will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Who Can Pick Up Your Order? You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must email orders@todoballons.com to let us know. You'll need to provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the store.

Only you — or the person you've let us know about in writing will pick up your order — can pick up your items.
