Create your own dazzling tabletop centerpiece with Foil Quads! Mix and match colors, add latex or foil balloons to the top, and create your own unique party decor. The middle of each Quad is uninflated and includes a hole for using ribbon, monofilament line, balloon sticks and cups, or other item (all sold separately) to keep the balloons stable.
