Custom Gardland Kit

Custom Garland Kit can be made of any Sempertex color available. Please browse the available colors under Sempertex Collection and in the notes section include the colors you would like.  We will be in contact soon after your purchase to confirm the colors. 

Additional fee $5 for selection of one reflex or silk color.  Add this fee if you would like to replace a fashion color for a reflex color such as reflex gold. 

Garlands include enough balloons to make selected size option, tying supplies and instructions.
